Washington is a deep blue state -- and that can be frustrating to Republicans who feel like they can never get a vote passed. That's why some Republicans are packing up and leaving town, making the state even bluer, according to new data, as more and more Democrats move in. KUOW's Scott Greenstone brings us the story.
