Rizing HCM Expertise in SAP® On-Premise and SuccessFactors® will enable SAP On-Premise Customers’ Journey to Cloud

Montreal, Quebec – May 3, 2019 Rizing HCM announces the next wave of ‘Upgrade to Success,’ this month – a program designed to support SAP’s on-premise HCM customers in their transformation to cloud. To ensure the program’s success, Rizing HCM has appointed Adam Greenberg as Vice President of Upgrade to Success. Greenberg joins Rizing as a 20-year veteran in the HCM software space, holding previous executive positions at SAP SuccessFactors, most recently with SAP’s Upgrade2Success program.

Rizing HCM’s Upgrade to Success will combine the expertise of the most experienced certified consultants in the HCM space with Rizing’s proprietary tools to reduce the time, cost and risk of migrating to cloud. The program is designed to support customers into the next generation of technology by creating a successful transition from SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. “The goal,” said Hendrik Fischer, Rizing HCM’s Executive Vice President of Sales for North America, “is to enable customers to focus on business outcomes, quickly moving an organization into an intelligent enterprise with their HR processes as a foundation for the future of the entire S/4HANA platform.”
