As is the Chief Executive Officer of Rizing HCM, Jodi leads the development and implementation of Rizing HCM’s global strategic plan, focusing on maximizing revenue and profit. Jodi has 20+ years of leadership experience in the HCM space with a focus on implementation and services. Prior to joining Rizing, Jodi was with SAP SuccessFactors leading the global cloud support for HCM. Most recently, Jodi led the Customer Service, Support and Innovation Business Transformation Office at SAP. Her past experience includes executive roles at NGA Human Resource Management, Ceridian, PwC, Spherion and ADP. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from DeSales University. Jodi is focused on developing long term relationships with strategic customers while driving the growth of the HCM business.
Chris is an executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the HR, information technology and services industry. With over 18 years of experience in functional HR, people initiatives and HR solution consulting, Chris is focused on leading organizations through strategic transformation of people, process and technology. She is passionate about strategy, innovation, go to market offerings and problem solving! As a certified SuccessFactors professional, she is a hands on leader of global professional services and delivery who seeks process improvements and pushes the boundaries to help drive organizational and individual team member growth.
Chris received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and holds an active CPA license in the state of Pennsylvania. She also holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certification in HR. When Chris isn’t spending time working on global HR strategies and processes, she can be found watching her children play sports, playing with her puppy or coaching youth sports.
Amy Garden is the Global Head of People for Rizing where she is responsible for leading the People function and ensuring Rizing attracts and retains top talent and remains a great place to work.
Amy has 17 years experience in Human Resource Management across a wide variety of industry sectors with working experience in multiple countries helping companies grow their people and achieve business success.
Prior to her role as Global Head of People for Rizing, Amy led the HR team for Asia Pacific for Rizing.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration.
Sherry is the Global Head of Corporate Communications at Rizing who enjoys distilling complex topics for increased understanding. As a globally recognized HR technology expert and influencer she is passionate about technology and the intersection of that with humans. Her career has spanned roles as a leader in HR, manager of Global IT, a community leader, speaker, writer, and podcast producer. Having led the full life cycle of SAP HCM across 27 countries, including alignment and integration with Finance, she is skilled with ERP software, cloud solutions, migration, and integration.
Tara is the Global Head of Marketing of Rizing, leading the marketing strategy to achieve the objectives and to enable the vision of Rizing. In collaboration with business leadership, Tara develops and drives the marketing content and cross-channel strategies for greater awareness, customer engagement and demand. Before joining Rizing, Tara had nearly 25 years of marketing experience with over a decade in global roles at leading technology consulting firms.
Heather Roberts currently serves as Rizing’s General Counsel, where she heads the legal function and provides strategic advice to Rizing’s global leadership. Prior to joining Rizing, Ms. Roberts has held leadership positions at tech giants such as Broadcom, Motorola (Google affiliate) and Harman International (Samsung affiliate). Leveraging her years of experience at the world’s largest tech companies, she is a skilled advisor in areas of global software development, IP licensing, systems integration, compliance and employment law. She is also passionate about helping companies embrace diversity as a means to improve their products, lift their employees and engage their customers.
Heather Roberts holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt. She is a licensed attorney in the state of New York.
Connie leads Rizing’s Geospatial practice where she is responsible for setting the geospatial strategy for the company and for leading our geospatial business development efforts. She has over 35 years of experience in transportation and GIS and has worked with more than half of the US State Departments of Transportation (DOTs). She is a recognized leader in the GIS for Transportation industry and serves on the GIS-T Planning and the TRB AED40 Geographic Information Science Committees.
The leader of Rizing’s HCM UK & Ireland operations is Joanna Murphy. Joanna has nearly 20 years of experience in HCM, working initially in HR in large multinational organisations before making the move to cloud-based HCM. She has invaluable experience working with project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure employee engagement. She has worked with clients such as Great West Life Europe, Allied Irish Bank, Carlsberg, McLaren and Novo Nordisk.
